A new CHatting type is now in Law and Rp can now begin

USE " " FOR SPEECH, ITALICS FOR THOUGHTS, AND ( ) FOR OOC. I'm sick of trying to figure out the difference between what the character is saying, thinking, and doing. It makes everyone's life easier if you just use the god damn'ed quotes, and italics!

also color the Chatting of your character to its body ...
